We have several mainstream programs (a list of all programs used is on the Equipment List page) to be compatible with you. We will install your fonts and double check your document for file setup errors. Then we will send your file to our image setter rip. The rip will in turn send the files back to the image setter. This process frees our workstations to load the next job and stay on top of work flow.

The MAKO 4x is the latest evolution in the MAKO CTP family, and one of the first Violet CTP devices in the world to offer commercial printers a clear path to chemistry-free technology. The MAKO 4x represents ECRM’s highest quality imaging output with resolution sets from 1200 – 3556 dpi, and is one of the fastest 4-page CTP units in its class, imaging over 20 Speedmaster 74 plates per hour at 2400 dpi.

When you send in your disks to be output to film (a list of all media accepted is on the Equipment List page) the first thing we do is to flight check the document to see if there are any problems such as missing fonts, low res pictures, RGB pictures, etc.
